Beef Brisket Plate
We had the brisket and turkey combo. It was all fantastic, we are very picky about brisket! Banana pudding was scrumptious. Great place, great people!
The "Big Family" Pack
Some of the best Fried Chicken we have ever eaten. The mac and cheese, potatoes, and green beans were perfect. The brisket was great as well. The vinegar sauce was incredible, put it on the chicken and the brisket. Everything was so good that I could not decide which bite I wanted next.
Triple Play
My husband and I split that plate for supper. I was amazing and perfectly cooked. The brisket was the best I've ever had. Everything was perfectly seasoned and juicy! Can't wait to go back.

Beef Brisket
This year our family decided to have brisket instead of our traditional turkey. We are ALL so glad we did and plan to make Adam's brisket a new family tradition! It was perfectly cooked for everyone. There were the slightly burnt edges that were like finding a little treasure, and every single slice was juicy, tender, and beyond flavorful. We asked for the sauce on the side and it was more popular than my usual turkey gravy! Thank you, Adam's, for making our family's meal so special. We are all grateful we ordered enough to enjoy a couple of days worth of leftovers. When we were down to just a tiny portion, we added it to scrambled eggs! So good!!

Pork Rib Family Pack
We're from KY where BBQ is much different than NC style BBQ. This place was by far the best BBQ place we've had since moving here 4 years ago. Definitely satisfied my craving for BBQ from back home. Will be our go to from now on!
